The Ink.
This illustration was made with ink crafted from chokecherry berries foraged right in my backyard. The ink begins as a soft berry blush and deepens into a timeless denim-indigo hue as it oxidizes, like magic. As it is not lightfast, the artwork may continue to shift in color as it ages.
