A national favorite in the UK, Alfred Noyes' poem, "The Highwayman" was last published as an illustrated edition in 1981. A successful Kickstarter allowed me to self-publish my original illustrations as a hard cover book, with gold foil detail on the cover and a fully illustrated wrap around dust jacket.
My artistic style complements the vivid imagery of the poem, and I illustrated this story with great detail and artistic care. If you were one of the 151 people to grab a copy, you'll find intriguing compositions and darkly beautiful artwork within the pages. All copies have sold, though I am highly interested in finding a publisher for a second edition.
I also illustrated a collaborative Graphic Novel, The Clockwork Queen of Oz, and will eventually illustrate another personal project, The Beauty in the Deep, written by my older brother.
