Productivity Hack for ADHD

While not clinically diagnosed, I’m 99% sure I have ADHD. Without a diagnosis, though, I’ve had to figure out strategies on my own over the years in order to finish projects, meet deadlines, and focus on priorities.
For me, this is list-building.
I absolutely thrive on list building, and now I know it’s because of the dopamine boost I get when I check “done."
Yes, I will totally write something I've already done, just to check it off.
I’ve also learned to batch my days, so I know exactly what to focus on each day of the week. This helps me avoid the paralyzing overwhelm that comes with too many ideas, too many decisions, and too many to-dos.
Mondays are my "CEO" day, or the day I work on my business -- all the admin and client prospecting tasks.
Tuesdays are my Passive Income work days -- this is the day I focus on creating patterns, creating portfolios or pitch decks, and building my pattern and licensing libraries.
Wednesdays and Thursdays are my Client work days -- I focus on my client assignments on these days.
Fridays are for my Creativity -- this is where I get to paint and draw and create just for myself.
I use Trello to keep all this organized. It's also where I keep all my goal planning, newsletter drafting, and even my art and pattern ideas.

This app allows my lists to be accessible from anywhere, so I can add to-dos or ideas whenever and wherever they come to me.
And the checklist feature is like candy for my brain.
I stay organized and productive and focused, even when life gets chaotic. And that's the best way to run a business.
