Things you can do without social media

This month, I’m making a big shift that I’ve been talking about for half a year: I’m officially stepping away from social media.
I have a vision of what this will look like for me and my business, and it feels like a breath of fresh air. But one of the most common questions I’ve been getting is: “How will people find you now?” or “What will you do instead?”
These are great questions, especially if you find yourself also feeling burnt out by the scroll and looking for other ways to connect, show up, and grow.
The main point is, the hamster wheel of social isn’t the only way to be seen.
It never was.
Whether you’re ready to leave social entirely, or you just want to diversify how people find and engage with your work, here are a bunch of real-world, human-centered ways to be seen.
Pick one. Try a few. Let it bring connection and meaning to your biz.
My vision includes A BUNCH of these (the ones with the asterisk), and I fully intend to share my journey along the way. Be sure you're part of my monthly newsletter to follow along!

One Last Thing
Visibility doesn’t have to be loud, constant, or performative to be effective (goodby Reels!) It can be slow, intentional, local, quiet, creative—even fun.
And you don’t have to do all the things on this list. You just need a few that feel aligned with how you want to show up.
So whether you’re mailing out postcards, striking up conversations at your favorite coffee shop, or finally updating that dusty old website—just know this: you can still be seen, known, and found without social media.
(And yo!—if you try something from the list, I’d love to hear about it.)
